TL;DR I have nerve damage in my left arm and hand and I have to drive a lot to go to insurance-approved doctors appointments and I have no more gas money and I have to drive 3 hours in total to take my cat to the vet and make it back home AND my car is out of coolant and dangerously overheating everytime I go to the doctor :')

My car is low on coolant and low on gas and I'm being assessed for ✨brain damage✨ and I'm still trying to take care of my cat so if anyone wants to throw pity dollars at an autistic NB with nerve damage, it'd be appreciated. I NEED a full tank of gas to make the trip home this weekend so I can take Miles to the vet and I quite literally don't have enough money to take him home. I already paid for his vet bills in advance, which is why I'm fucked and broke!
